Nothing is shipped. iSuite AI is software delivered online, so there is no physical product and no shipping charge.
When you buy online
- Your plan is active as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment.
- You receive a confirmation and a GST invoice by email.
- Sign in at app.isuite.ai or in the iSuite AI Android app.
When we set it up for you
- Your account is ready within 1 working day of payment.
- We schedule the setup sessions with you.
- Connecting WhatsApp depends on Meta’s approval of your business and number, which usually takes 1–2 weeks. The rest of iSuite AI works from day one.
