Refund and cancellation policy

Free trial

When you start a free trial on a package, you approve auto-debit with Razorpay, and the first payment is taken only when the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. Once the first paid period has started, the rules below apply.

Cancelling

• Tell us on WhatsApp or by email, any time before your next renewal.
• Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. After that, nothing more is charged.
• If automatic payment is on, we stop it for the next renewal. You can also cancel the auto-debit in your UPI app or with your bank.
• When the plan ends, your workspace stays read-only for a while so you can export your data, and is then deleted as our privacy policy describes.

Refunds

Once a plan period has started — monthly or yearly — its payment is not refunded, including for days, users or modules you did not use. Add-ons and packs are not refunded once bought, and setup or onboarding fees are not refunded once the work has started.

A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal; the current period is not partly refunded.

When we do refund

• You were charged twice for the same thing.
• You were charged for a renewal after cancelling before the renewal date.
• We took a payment but could not activate your plan within 3 working days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of our confirmation. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Charges billed by others

WhatsApp message charges are billed by Meta, and AI usage by your AI provider. We cannot refund them; their own policies apply.

How to ask

Write to info@mntfuture.com or message us on WhatsApp (+91 82209 47112) with your company name and the payment ID or invoice number. We reply within 2 working days.
